Who we recruit

WINA recruits tutors, teachers, learning mentors, teaching assistants, administrators, examination staff, therapists and managers who combine competence with care.

Working patterns

Opportunities may include fixed part-time teaching blocks, after-school tuition, examination-season work, sessional support, online teaching and centre-based roles. The exact employment or contractor arrangement is confirmed for each vacancy.

Strong subject knowledge or professional expertise; reliability and organised record-keeping; safeguarding awareness; warm, respectful communication; experience with SEND and diverse learners; and willingness to collaborate and receive feedback.
