CANDIDATE ENTRIES
A clear route from details to confirmation
Every entry begins with the exact qualification and specification. WINA checks the request, evidence and assessment requirements before confirming that an entry can proceed.

The candidate-entry journey
01
Share candidate details
Provide the candidate’s legal name, date of birth, previous candidate details and UCI where applicable.
02
Supply the awarding body, qualification, subject, tier where relevant, exact specification code and intended series.
03
Declare assessment needs
Tell WINA about access arrangements, medical needs, coursework, speaking, practical or NEA components at the outset.
04
Receive an individual check
WINA reviews availability, centre approval, evidence and assessment requirements before proceeding.
05
Complete documentation and payment
Entry is not confirmed until required evidence and payment have been received and processed.
06
Check the confirmation
Review the Statement of Entry or equivalent schedule immediately and report any errors by the stated deadline.
Written papers and non-exam assessment
Coursework, NEA, practical endorsements, speaking tests, performances and controlled assessments require an individual review and may not be available. Do not assume acceptance until WINA confirms it.
