Prepare, share and review

Gather learner, family, placement, SEND, academic, safeguarding, funding and transport information.
02 Share securely
Contact WINA and the team will advise how to share referral information and supporting documents securely.
03 WINA reviews
The team may request further documents and decides whether an assessment or provision discussion is appropriate.
04 Agree next steps
If suitable, clarify intended outcomes, support, responsibilities, review arrangements and the written offer.
